Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista CentreSUETA 2009 HOTEL RESERVATIONS January 20-21, 2009, are the SUETA meeting dates. Reservations can be made for Monday night, January 19, through Friday, January 23. We want to encourage all who register to reserve all nights so SUETA does not incur any charges. The extended dates past the meeting are intended to allow SUETA members to attend FETC. We are assuming most will not stay Friday for FETC, choosing rather to travel home. The SUETA meetings will be held at the Courtyard Hotel near Orlando, FL. The room rate is $99. Mention the code "SUETA" for the special rate. According to the reservations operator, rooms at that rate have two double beds; breakfast is NOT included; Internet access IS included. Reservations must be made by January 12, 2009! Reservations received after that date will be provided on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.
